How to register
The Terraced Tower consists of 258 spacious apartments, each one with a unique view on things. Good thing it is easy to choose by using the house selector. View the apartments in a list or via the plot map, and pick the one that suits you best. What is it gonna be: a river view or city view? Please note: the images of the apartments are impressions, and not a factual image of the apartment.
Apartment selector
The plot map consists of a side view of The Terraced Tower. Here you can click on a floor of your choice. A map is shown of the floor on which the houses are visible. By clicking on a house you can view the house details and download the map. Did you find a house that meets your requirements? Then you can add it to your favourites. You can specify a maximum of 10 favourite houses.
The list view
Lists make everything more convenient. So you can scroll down at the page of the house selector to find a list of all the apartments. You can use filters at the top of the page. You can filter on rent, living area, number of rooms and availability. This way you only see the apartments that suit you best. Did you find an apartment that meets your requirements? Then you can add it to your favourites. You can add a maximum of 10 favourite houses.
Complete registration
Did you find your favorites? Click the button “inschrijven” at the top of the page. In this phase of the registration you enter your personal data. After you have filled in and sent the registration form you receive an email with which you can create a password for your personal online dossier. Here you then upload your documents to complete the registration. You can read what documents you should upload in our Manual. We will only process complete registrations, where all three steps were followed.
Registration consists of 2 parts:
Specify your favorite apartments, fill in the form and upload proof of income (UWV or income statements from the tax administration).
2. Definitive registration:
Based on this information and your preferences you will be provisionally assigned an apartment. When you receive a provisional registration you can accept this by reserving the apartment. You do this by paying €75,-, which will be returned to you after completion*.
Afterwards you receive an e-mail from us, which gives you access to a secure environment, where you can complete the registration. This way you don’t have to provide a lot of documents during pre-registration. Only after an apartment has been secured for you, we will proceed to review the documents needed for the rental contract.
*The amount will be returned after signing of the rental contract and before the key collection.
